Looking at the fixtures I’d say 3rd place is very much up for grabs between 4 teams, we most certainly must avoid defeat next Sunday .

Apart from the United games the away games look tough to me, apparently we are the only premier league team not to keep an away clean sheet all season so hopefully that's something that will improve during the run in.

Sorry to disagree but like Stephen says, we have plenty of games that we will make hard work of.
We give chances away to the worst teams not just the best.
I will be amazed if we make top 4.

Watford and Leicester away too Stephen, they are tough games. Wolves must be the missing fixture in can't find.
You'd expect us to win our home games but all the away games will be difficult in my opinion.

Newcastle Palace Brighton would be big set backs to drop points in at home, although not forgetting Palace did win at City.
United and all the away games will be tough and extremely difficult to predict in my opinion.
I still make us 4th favourites to make top 4 of Spurs United Chelsea and ourselves.

We all have tough games but the others have still to play games against each other and top six twice after next week. Nothing is a given. Its still wide open. i'm not convinced with toots and chelski and utd, while on a great run, got a big helping hand from the officials and have a mounting injury list. We all have problems. Even Liverpool look like they are treading water now. Its all exciting.

Stoner - you are right and even in the Dours game that we were clearly the better side, our defence looked porous to a simple cross or ball over the top. No game is easy with that defence BUT on a positive note - we are talking about a top 4 finish again! 😉.

If we can avoid defeat against Man U, we will be in a position to challenge for the top four, particularly as the toot are not playing well and their recent results are poor. In all likelihood they will play at least 3 more Champions League matches, which will hinder their chances. Chelsea are struggling under Sarri and have a more difficult run in. Man U have picked up recently, in order to finish above them we really need to beat them on Sunday, which will be a tall order.
As only 4 of our remaining matches are at home, we will need to improve our away form considerably. Such a shame that poor refereeing costs us against the toot.

I just think it's funny that this time last year Steve like me was saying Arsene in fans like yourself were wearing rose colored glasses and couldn't see Arsene failings now Steve seems to have his own set of Emery specs :-)

Sy, like i said, i'm happy with what i'm seeing thus far. i'm not counting us out of top four or EL just yet. Like you say, we are in the mix. I like a lot of what he is doing and grinning and bearing what i don't like.

If arsenal can defend like we did against spurs then it is an improvement when he gets the team he wants then I will judge emery I like him have for a long time and we are better on pints than last year so it is an improvement too 4 will be hard to get but would be amazing to be back in champs league.
