How about telling one fallback to always stay back if the other attacks and that our CD can't go in the opponents half.

I see Ozil is refusing to go out on loan, which highlights the contract rubbish and the mess we are in .
Why doesn’t Dick just play him? I’m going down to the 2nd leg, surely MO will be included?

I'm beginning to wonder if there is any point in Arsenal spending what little we have on more players for Dick this summer and it might be better to keep our powder dry until 2020.
If Dick can't get any more out of the same players Arsene had plus Torreira Guendouzi Papa Leno then what's the point in buying more different players for him not to be able to organise train or form into an effective unit.
If I was in charge of spending at Arsenal I'd tell Dick " show me between now and May that you do know how to get the best out of players and organise them into an effective team or there is little point us wasting our money on new players for you to not get the best out of either "
Spending money helps but it isn't the be all and end as lots and lots of managers have proved over the years, if you can't motivate organise and come up with a game plan that the players or they are capable of carrying out then no amount of money will ultimately change anything.
Torreira Guendouzi Papa have done really well but as a team our performances are no better at all to the performances of the team Arsene left.
