For me this Ramesy contract is taking too long it needs to be sorted he needs to sign or leave, and we need to replace before the window closes for me i am not bothered,.

Like wise I'm not bothered if he stays or goes but if the chioce was mine I'd say tata Aaron.
Making a fresh start with no prima Donna's at the club would be a good thing in my opinion.

For me Aaron Ramsey is one of our better players and we should try to keep him . However it’s not keep him at all costs - new regime offer him what you think he is worth and no more . If he won’t accept, which he is entitled to do, then sell to whoever . Want players who want to play for the Arsenal not just play for us because of the money! COYG.

He is a good player but far from ireplacable we can't have players holding us to ransom like this. Yes Ozil kind of did but he is a special talent that cannot be easily replaced, ramsey is not that standard. Ramsey is a player that is better without the ball with his runs than he is with it, useful but not a game breaker. If he will not sign get him sold and move on rumours about a swap deal with dembele but even if Dembelee was keen not sure where we would get the extra cash for that at present as Ramsey is about 30Million at best. Perhaps a with a set clause to buy next season could work taking the 30Million for Rasmey off that fee.

That's the thing, getting a player to sign up for the pay packet isn't always getting the player to commit or buy into the manager and his ways of doing things.
If money is your only motivation for staying at or joining a club where is the motivation once the money is guaranteed?
Alexis Sanchez springs to mind, he has his half a million a week but does he enjoy life at United and really want to be there or was he just desperate to get away from Arsenal and jumped out of the jelly and into the rice pudding for the money.

Clearly we must sign him up or sell him. The danger is that at his age he can afford to run his contract down and benefit financially as a free agent next year.
It very much depends on the formation Emery intends using as to whether we should do all we can to keep him.

We don't have to make it attractive to run down his contract.
If we offer him first team football and to allow him to run down his contract then why wouldn't he?
If we say " either sign a new deal or leave in this window or spend a year training away from the rest of the squad with absolutely no chance of playing any football at any level during that 12 months " then running down his contract doest suddenly seem so attractive to him I'm sure.
It's Aaron's job to do what's best for Aaron and it's Arsenal job to what's best for Arsenal and the club has to be bigger than any player or its in trouble.
