Can Ed001 or Ed002 give us their predictions for this premier league season? Winners and top 4 please?

{Ed002's Note - Manchester City will be tough to beat. Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs will settle in to some order but I doubt I can sensibly say which. In terms of interlopers - which Burnley had a shot at last year - it is tough to see right now. The money available to English sides means it is going to be down to settling in new players and performing which could backfire on clubs making significant numerical changes. Some may not have spent well - certainly a couple look to be doing naive business in my view. Quietly moving along are a coupole of others. So overall it is hard to predict.}

Interesting season ahead. Arsenal have had a change of manager and 5 new players. Both Manchester clubs are strong. Liverpool have made quality signings. Chelsea have a new manager and some top players appear unsettled. Toot have made no signings yet and the dual problems of moving into a new stadium and having had so many players on World Cup duty. My guess would be that Man C, Man U and Liverpool look favourites to finish top 4 and contest the title. Leaving Arsenal, Chelsea and the Toot fighting for the final top four spot.

City
Liverpool
2 of the other 4.
So many variables amongst the others with Spurs not buying plus so many players at the world cup
Chelsea new manger usually brings a successful season but the competition is at an all time high just to make top 4.
United should be better than last season but is Jose an asset or hindrance to them?
Arsenal I think will impress with unquestionably improvement but whether it will be enough for top 4 this season is anyone's guess simply because of the quality and strength of competition for those places.
I think Chelsea and Arsenal will both go a long long way in the Europa league.

Same as Gunner62 with the good signings Liverpool have made they will be most likely challengers to Man City. After them two anyones guess tbh. between Utd, Chelsea, Spurs and us. Man Utd is not happy camp at the moment and the relationship between Mourinho and the directors seems strained, publically being critical of some players is never good sign, but as always they have plenty of money to still make some big signings to make a difference. Chelsea a bit of unknown quantity with a new man in charge, but losing Cortouis and possibly Willian will be a big blow. Spurs no signings as yet and they like we did will feel the financial strain of a new stadium, they make struggle to make there new home a hard place to visit. Then us there are positives signs coming out from the sqaud morale side of things and players look happy and well on board with his methods to hit the ground running. Some key signings made so we have a decent chance of top 4 will be very tight.

Yeah it should be both very tight and very very exciting where I'm hopeful of us Gooners once again keeping an eye on Spurs Chelsea United possibly Liverpool city results too as they once again concern us.
Will make a nice change from hoping Burnley drop points :-)
