No here's a comment I'm pleased to see.

On the first day, the coach worked on this. With him, all the players we work on tactics, we look a lot at videos, what was wrong, what we have to do better. Music to my ears mate, Dick is the right man for Arsenal although maybe not the right man for all our current players.
Some won't adjust well to his approach while others will blossom either way we will end with a team worthy of us getting behind 100% again.
No one knows whether Dick can make us champions again or not but I'm totally convinced he will send out a team that is fully committed to trying to make it happen.

Some of the defending under wenger, especially in the last years were so cringe worthy and embarrassing. That department alone, will make us a better team. Most of it was basic stuff, so just sorting that out will be an improvement, the rest of the improvement will come from tactics.

It's a tough life playing under Dick, his expectations of his players commitment are very high and include regular home work in the shape of videos he expects players to watch and learn from in thier spare time.
There are certainly easier ways of earning a living from football and if it's the easy money easy going approach your looking for then Arsenal football club is probably no longer the place for you.

{Ed001's Note - thanks Dave, now I feel ancient because I do know who Dick Emery is! I am pretty sure they used to repeat his old show on the TV years after he died. I could be getting mixed up, he might not even be dead, but I seem to remember it being black and white and 'oooh, you are awful' being the catchphrase.}

I'm looking forward to seeing Arsenal play under Emery, being coached on the defensive side of the game. I found the defensive side of the game, post 2006, incomprehensible. I don't like this 'Dick' nonsense. He was one of the worst comedians I can recall.
