Fingers crossed - only 3 teams left in the World Cup and England is one of them. Amazing! How the hell they slept - who knows.
The country is behind you and a country that needs unity - bring it home Southgate, bring it home Sir Harry, whatever club you play for - bring it home to England!

It is mate it really is coming home :-)
It's difficult for us because of past disappointments but this group of players this manager left for Russia pretty much on a wave of disinterest from the vast majority of people but they have dragged the likes of me and millions like me back into the grip of excitement and wonderful optimism.
I've been playing 3 lions since Saturday morning and since Saturday team time I can't stop telling people friends and strangers " it's coming home " :-) It's amazing how many people respond with " I know ".
Alan Shearer said last night " these player are coming home hero's no matter what but get to the final and beat France Sunday and they will come home legend's "
I think he was spot on too.
I'm absolutely Buzzing SY mate and it feels really great to be so excited by football again ;-)

Looking forward to tonight as we have a good chance of reaching the final, as the draw has been extremely kind to us throughout the competition.
Beating France in the final wouldn't be impossible. What amazes me is that this one of the weakest England teams I have witnessed and yet could end up World Cup winners!

Are they are weak team or just without big name individuals RG mate?
Beckham Gerrard Lampard and co all had big reputations but we're they a team?
You don't always need the best players to be the best team, a good team will always beat a group of great individuals.
I think it's the lack of egos that has made such a huge difference this time.
In my opinion Rooney did for us what Neymar does to Brazil, Rooney should never have been taken to euro 2012 when he was banned for the first two games but his image demanded he went.

G62 - The draw has been very kind to us and we still have lost to Belgium and drawn over 90 mins with Columbia.
To his credit Southgate has a happy squad playing as a team, but there arguably isn't a world class player in the team.
Not that I will be complaining if they lift the trophy!

To be fair RG they are not the only team to ever benefit from a the luck of the draw mate, the names Lincoln and Sutton come straight to mind.
Kane is the only player even close to world class although I know it would be impossible for you to admit that but as said you don't necessarily need world class players to be world champions just a very good team with a very good team spirit who will give their all for their country can sometimes be enough.
