England Sweden and Russia must all be looking at the road to the world cup final as not impossible by any means but Croatia must be thinking it's now or never because of the 4 teams in that half they look by far the most likely finalists.
You can make a case for all the quater finalists in the other half of the draw to be likely champions but the bottom half looks Croatias to loose to me.

I think you can say, its a bit open in that side of the draw.

Croatia were good in the groups but scraped through against Denmark . I think we looks as good as Croatia then I would put Russia with the home advantage alongside Sweden who look a together bunch in my opinion.

For me Croatia have more genuinely good international players than England where only Kane looks capable outside the comfort of hhe premier league of being a recognised star of the game.
This England side has passion effort and desire in abundance but true star quality begins and ends with Harry unfortunately the rest just don't currently look like they will have Juventus Real Barcelona PSG or Bayern asking about them after at the end of the tournament.

I think your been a tad harsh mate. I think Maguire and stones have looked good. Dele was very poor. Loftus cheek looks better. Lingard has been good and Hendo I’ve really liked . And Kane can always score. They don’t have a Harry Kane mate.

Fair comment mate but personally I thought Stones Lingard and Ali looked short of the required standard against slightly better opposition last night than in the first two games and qualifiers.
Lingard looked good against Panama.
Hopefully thier will all apart from Harry put me right on Saturday v Sweden.

Maguire and Trippier have both been fantastic throughout the entire tournament and if Walker was actually able to play right back he’s class as well.

Actually thinking about it I may well be being to tough on some of our players and seeing the weaknesses rather than the strengths they have.
I can't help but think the defence will get horribly exposed at the first real test it faces simply because of some of the mistakes I've seen against the weaker teams but fingers crossed they will stand up much better than I think under real pressure, hope so because they are giving it everything they've got this time and that alone is commendable and different to what we've got used to seeing in previous tournaments.
