At least loew had the balls to drop an underperforming ozil. 300k a week looking more and more like another millstone. The guy needs to stop his sulking or skulking and knuckle down.

I thought he was one of Germany best players in the first game and his drop in form for Arsenal coincided with Sanchez leaving and having to accommodate playing with Aaron.
The two together means a drop in winning the ball back with both needing others to do that for them.
Too much of a good thing with both and a lack of graft which Sanchez always gave.

He has been pretty much mr untouchable for germany and arsenal gunner. His attitude needs a reinvention or else he will be yesterdays chip paper. It will be interesting to see how he responds to a bit of accountability.

I'm not against anyone having to prove themselves every time in every game they play mate.
Maybe Mesut did take his foot and mind off the gas with his new contract but equally his dip did happen when Sanchez and his work ethic both up and back left.

Well Steve mate no Mesut no change for Germany so far.
I think we will see him introduced pretty quickly in the second half if things don't change quickly.

Dont think so gunner, i think ozils answer will be to retire from international football. He is obviously not the man anymore.
