Wow I hadn't realised how precarious Liverpools top 4 place had become Steve, it's in Spurs and Chelsea own hands now, I suppose the good news is if Liverpool do snatch 5th place from the jaws of success the premier league could once again have 5 teams in next seasons champions league if Liverpool beat Real, mind you if they don't manage to win the champions league or finish top 4 what an anticlimax to a season that had previously looked so amazing for them.
To end up in the Europa league next season would be a very difficult pill for Liverpool to have to swallow and could seriously take a bit of shaking off in time not to carry a hangover from into next season.
I had no idea they'd slipped into that situation league wise mate.

I think of the 3 Chelsea would cope best Steve, they've been playing catch up for ages so to even get close is a positive end to the season plus they are no strangers to seesaw title to obscurity back to champions seasons.
Spurs will be shaken silly if they miss out but the move back to white heart Lane would gloss over deflect the disappointment quite a bit but Poch would be on thin ice next season with a poor start and no champions league wallpaper.

Spanner after their last two games, they won't be brimming with confidence. Just got to win one of their last two games then. Easy.

Yeah your right spanner mate, I'd either read the table wrong or got me adding up less than correct :-)
The table never lies over 38 games and all teams finish where their overall performances earned, but to end up in the Europa would be harsh on Liverpool all the same.

I think you boys could still out happy everyone this season if Sam is replaced Ed025 mate, you know that feeling when you win all 38 league games plus both domestic cups plus the champions league? Well you might feel that way soon mate:-)
