B cash in on him now while you can
C ask him to sign a one year extention of his current deal in order to prove himself to a new manager of 38 games and earn a big pay increase by performing at a high level over a season.

B for me. He has hit good form lately but for me he isn't consistent enough. Maybe the next manager can get more out of him.

I would make him a priority "signing".
If fit, and his fitness record is not too bad, he provides us with a regular input of goals.
For me, he's top quality.

Unless we can get say 50 mil for him, i would let him run his contract down and if all goes well, tie him to a new deal in january like Ozil. If not we haven't lost too much. He will want a kings ransom, i think.

I'd like to see him extend his contract by one year on his current wage in order for him and the new manager to see what they can do for each other.
If he's not prepared to do that sell hom while we can.
I don't think we should continue to give unearned payrises as this really doesn't create a good work ethic of needing to deliver at Arsenal to propser.

Actually having more of a think I'm not sure he's one I'd want to see leave. There's quite a few others in that position I'd rather we cash in on.

Have to sign him up. He is so different to any other players in the squad. Makes late runs into the box, runs beyond the strikers to get on the end of crosses, has an engine that lasts all day. Has goals in him etc. Yes he can sometimes slow play down, and tries silly flicks, but with the right team and style around him, for me Rambo is immense.
