Has to be one of the best signings in the prem era and definatly the best debut season at a club. What’s the record for a player? Was it shearers 34? If so I tip salah to top that tally.

{Ed001's Note - and that was in a 22 team season as well. I think the record is 31 in a 20 team Prem.}

I can see him passing both them figures ed. He’s been brilliant to watch. Genuinely a nightmare to play against and for me is the player of the season.

I think I heard somewhere, It's the best debut season for a Liverpool player, ever.

I love the way he scores goals, 2 tap in's and 2 dribble goals where he made the defenders look stupid.

Best striker in The Prem and for me, by far the standout Player Of The Season.

Continho who? Has any player the fans dreaded losing so much ever been missed so little?
And Salah is the reason why, what a debut season
Although not a goal scorer Kante at Leicester is the only other player I can rember having such a dramatic impact throughout his first season, both Started doing it from word go in August and Mo looks like he will continue through to May as Kante did too, incredible.
Billions of £s obviously helps but good scouting coaching and management can be big equalisers.

Again Chelsea let another great player go think if the team they could if had if they kept them.

Very true Stephen mate, but when you consider they keep winning titles regularly with their current style of low tolerance shape up quickly or browse shipped out mentality it's difficult to say they got it wrong over all.
Chelsea have no patience with youths, managers or big money signings while we seem to be the exact opposit to Chelsea in all those departments.
The Chelsea mentality is far from perfect which is reflected every other season as they yo yo between brilliant and bewildering but it has proved more successful than our own giving huge salaries to young players we hope will come good one day but who none have been good enough to lift us into competiveness yet.
Chelsea have no patience at all while ours seems to be endless with players and manager alike.
Ballance between the two would seem to be worth a bash for both clubs in my opinion.
