Hi Ed's,

I respect that you guys only work off valid information and don't work in hypothetical's, but to your knowledge, is there any chance that Wenger will leave/ be removed from his post before the end of the season or potentially in the summer?

I feel stupid for asking because he seems to be a man of his word and sticks to his contracts, and the hierarchy seem to bend over for him, but I really need some hope that we won't keep getting the same dross for another minimum of 18 months from a manager that has long gone stale.

Please give me some hope!

{Ed001's Note - the two new guys have been brought in to transition to a new manager. Only the board will know if that is at the end of Wenger's contract or before but, if I had to give my opinion, would say that he can't continue on as things are and last past the summer.}

Thanks Ed and completely agree. I don't know if it is because I watched '89' recently or if I am actually fed up, but those players back then seemed to actually want it and care about what happened.

I can't see any of the current squad pushing their own team mate against the wall before a Tottenham game and drilling into them how important the performance and result is.

I feel so disconnected with the team and club now, from such poor performances over a sustained period, the 2 or 3 games a season where we see what this could achieve if they pulled their fingers out really isn't enough. I can only blame the management and coaching staff to allow it to continue for so long.

I appreciate your response, as always. Have a good Monday.

{Ed001's Note - isn't that why Sanchez is going? He actually expected his teammates to care and want to win, how silly must he feel? Imagine wanting your team to try and work hard for a victory. That will be why he is drifting down to finish off his career with a no-hoper while Arsenal march on to title-winning glory.......}

I can't understand people wanting to see the back of him. If you were the only one in your department at work, trying and busting your arse every day, whilst people had their feet up on their desks, coming in late, taking longer lunch breaks etc, how long would you put up with it for? Would you say something to your boss?

He is a winner, and people want him to go - why? So he can win and take his effort and attitude somewhere else?

You don't know what you've got til it's gone, as the song goes.

{Ed001's Note - it is bizarre. How many companies sack the worker who produces the best quality work and works their backside off while keeping on all the lazy gets who produce shoddy work? I really do not understand why Sanchez has become the problem rather than the rest of the team.}

I agree ed. But now it’s more his situation that is unwanted. But that has been Arsenal’s fault not Sanchez .

{Ed001's Note - spot on.}

Ed i think its because so many arsenal fans because of their blind faith in wenger, don't know the difference between a dud and star.

{Ed001's Note - must be something.}
