Raver Raver where for art thy Raver?
Nes your silence speaks volumes :-)

Boys what is happening at Spurs? Down to 7th now which is incredibly on the back of two stunning performances against Real Madrid.
Long way to go yet but I must admit I'm shocked by your decline almost as much as I am by our response to the City boys against men performance.

I thought when I read the first line you were singing a Christmas carol for the raver, we are having one good game and 3 bad ones at the moment and playing at Wembley is causing problems but I'm not using that as a excuse as if you can't beat the likes of Swansea, Burnley west brom etc you deserved to be 7th in the league. I think poch is underachieving at spurs as I think we have a very good squad which should be at least competing for trophies. I think the top 4 trophy will be between you and Liverpool with Watford a surprise contender. The only thing which is being held accountable at the moment is the poor Subaru which I've been kicking lumps out of lately after every defeat.

Chill Raver,
14 games down, 24 games to go.

Plenty of points to be won. Or, in your case, lost 😂.

Fair play Raver mate you haven't become a bad team overnight mate, it's taken decades to get there :-)
Seriously though mate under Poch you have made huge strides forward and this is a blip not a return to the norm of pre Poch Spurs.
Failure to land at least the 4th place trothy might just cost any of Poch Klopp Mourinho or Conte Thier jobs with expectations and demands being what they are now days.
At this stage I think it's fair to say that only Pep and Arsene look 100% safe for next season :-)

I think the injury to Alderwierald in addition to Wanyama being out has caused problems, with Dier being moved back to cover. Imagine Dier and Wanyama back as DM's and Alderwierald returning and you have a different team.
I also believe that you miss Walker and Rose of last season, as they are decent attacking FB's. You still need quality squad players including a goalscoring forward.
It will be interesting to see how cope if you fail to win a trophy, fail to qualify for next season's CL and finish behind Arsenal.

{Ed001's Note - Dembele is the big loss, he has barely played and he controls the midfield for them.}

30 Nov 2017 15:22:59
Yes, Ed001 I agree, Dembele doesn't look the same since his injury and is there any truth in the rumour that Wanyama's injury is extremely serious, possibly career threatening?

{Ed001's Note - any ligament injury is possibly career threatening but his was an MCL which is less serious and he should be back soon, unless he picks up an infection such as Cazorla suffered. I am not aware of anything major like that affecting him though thankfully.}

When we got our new fitness coach did Spurs employ our old one?

30 Nov 2017 16:25:04
Spurs have had 2-3 years working hard and closing down quick it's bound to eventually take its toll.

30 Nov 2017 17:12:54
Fair point Sanogo, 2 to 3 days of working hard and I'm ready for the weekend let alone 2 to 3 years :-) no wonder they look shattered.

30 Nov 2017 17:18:13
Fully agree with you R. G.

30 Nov 2017 17:51:35
Start of a bromance or the consolidation of profiles 🤔.

30 Nov 2017 23:44:53
Sano, no way are they the same people mate. Raver doesn't have a house in Monaco and we all know he can't even spell calculator let alone use one to conjure up a player's wage rise.
