The main point is with the above mentioned players with the possible exception of Sanchez is they are all recipients of Arsenes biggest fault that is his loyalty to players who are not good enough or have no heart in the club. Another point is what do people think is Kroenkes cut off line in respect of giving Arsene the sack a disappointing season I. E. No trophies No Europe and the possibility of plummeting season ticket sales . Arsene is only Stans man if he is making him money. I doubt that kronk even looks at tables or cup comps. It is all about money and he will give wenger at least the two years.

If we went from invincibles to our current setup over one season there would be absolute outrage and demands for change from every man woman and child, it's the slow but sure decline over a 15 year period that has made everyone's expectations slowly but surely sink and sink to new levels of acceptance.
If you could go back and speak to your 2004 self and ask " what's the minimum we should expect this season I'm sure you would answer "top 2 in the league and champions league last 4 "
A very far cry from today's top 7 and cup new absolutely mimimum requirement.
We just keep lowering and lowering the bar why? So everyone can still get over it why? So everyone can continue to get over it i guess.
Just imagine the summer of 2004 that arsenal had sold Vieira Henry Bergkamp and brought in the quality of Xhaka Welbeck and Giroud to replace them? We'd have gone crazy, but slowly but surely our expectations have declined so much we've lost track of just how huge our club really is and exactly what it really is capable of achieving, still!

Ask yourself this question are your current expectations of Arsenal football club or Arsene Wenger?
Do you believe Arsenal football club are no longer capable of challenging for titles or Arsene Wenger is no longer capable of challenging for titles?
If the answer is Arsenal are no longer capable then ok let's just carry on as we are
But if you really feel the club is sill capable then surely it's not rocket science how we start the long journey back to our former self's again.

You can live in a state of denial for as long as you want but it will be apparent when Wenger finally goes and we still achieve nothing that the clown Kroenke is the reason this club has maintained a 4th place is fine attitude.
He has absolutely no want to invest in the team to take it to the next level as with all his American teams, mediocrity is just fine.
We are simply buying enough in the way of players to achieve that, never enough to win big things.
No owner worth a toss would allow contracts to run down or continue to employ the same man who doesn’t go the final mile if he really had that winning attitude.
Give me the Mansour’s and Abramovich’s of this world every single day of the week over that dufus who owns Arsenal.

We are for now Dags.
We are currently in the middle between top and 10th places and heading in the wrong direction.
We've dropped so far in the last decade you have to wonder where we will be in 10 years time if we carry on with the same people running the club.
If Newcastle get the right owner and Everton the right manager it's easy to see how even the europa league places might become extremely difficult to get in the future if we continue as we are.
