i know the problems lie deeper than just ozil and sanchez but it's clear they don't want to be at the club and yet another big game where ozil has failed to show up. he doesn't look interested and everytime he loses the ball 9 out of 10 times he just walks and not even tries to win the ball back.
personally i would leave them in the reserves until the end of the season because i think it;s unlikely anyone will come in for them in january when they know they can get them for free at the end of the season.
i think the best we played this season was the draw at chelsea, and that was without them in the team, the reason i am saying that is because we played more as a unit and the work rate of players was much better.
i know they ain;t the greatest of players but iwobi and welbeck do always put a shift in and track back, not just sit on the floor or walk when they get tackled, plus i think we get better out of ramsey when ozil don't play.
but it is the clubs fault for letting them get into the last year of their contract, because they could have give it until the end of the last season, and if they didn't sign then sell them and get in replacements, i wouldn't have even been bothered if sanchez went city or ozil went man u because for me i don't care how world class the player is if they don't want to be at the club i would rather them gone or left in the reserves until they go.

My problem with letting top players go to rivals is i don't trust us getting a proper replacement to dampen the blow. If we have to sell we sell abroad if possible. I know rival fans at man u and citeh and chelski who would bite our arms off for sanchez because they believe he would win them the league. For me we are weak and can't be classed a big club if we furnish our rivals with the best talent.

I'd rather we bought in replacements that wanted to prove themselves as players. Ozil and Sanchez are so far up their own backsides that they only care about one thing, themselves. Let them go, Ozil is missing most games so the loss won't be too devastating.

The problem is we keep letting platters go who no longer wish to be here and replacing them with inferior players we can either atract or are prepared to pay for.
Mustafi and Xhaka 34 million make do's apposed to tried and tested upgrades at the going rate.
If we were winning the title by 15 points each season I could see the room for thinking we could get away with lesser quality replacements but when we continue to fall a long way short each and every season how will downgrading on quality ever get us anywhere but down a downgrade in results and performance.
Let Ozil and Sanchez go by all means but replace them with better or simply do the right thing and bring in a manager who can succeed where Arsene has failed with the players we have.

The manager we have can't manage the players. The sulks the cliques and the constant school boy errors are down to him. he's lost it.

Fans are also to blame we been doing some wingen in the last 5 years not good for players on the pitch.
