I'm lost as to why Wenger keeps bringing Lacazette off, he hasn't finished a game yet. No rhyme or reason to it and can't be good for the players confidence. Bringing players off just to get other players on is not good for either. There should be tactical reasons you take players off not sentimental.

We've been wrapping players in cotton wool for years but it hasn't prevented injuries, how many games did Frank Lampard play consecutively? Didn't seem to do him a lot of harm.

I don't think he's wrapping him on cotton wool gunner. He is good and he needs to be unleashed and given his head. Is it because giroud is in the French team, is it because he wants to get giroud on, whatever the reason, it isn't for the good of Lacazette.

I don't see how giving Olly the last 10 minutes in a game thars already won does much for Olly either way, put him on for the last 10 minutes against Utd with the score 0 0 and say " go win it for the team '
I can see how Olly might get something from that challenge and responsibility.

100% Agree gunner, he played a full game Thursday and he's been used in the past as an impact sub. If Lacazette is our number one striker and he clearly Is, what was and is the point of just swapping him with giroud. Is he trying to appease all and failing to or what. I'm baffled, the more minutes on the pitch for Lacazette the better for us. The start of the season he messed about with lol and it cost us, he shouldn't be doing the same with Lacazette. He did it with podolski and it did him no good.

we will finish above liverpool imo. keeping coutinho wasn't the best idea imo. take the cash and go get a spine. i'd back them to beat us in one off games tho
us or chelsea for 4th I feel.

I would think, Sanchez - Giroud - Lacazette on top as a trio in games against teams like Brighton would make more sence. It would give more options to break down a team that sits so low.
