Bloody ridiculous.
Wenger has ended his interest in Lemar because he doesn't have time to sign him because he has to concentrate on selling Lucas, Gibbs, Debuchy, Jenkinson etc.
I'm not a Wenger out man, but he can leave as far as I'm concerned as he wants to run the club single handedly, and not, as advised by the board of directors, to appoint a Director of Football, who could deal with the outgoings and allow Wenger to deal with signing players.
Basically, no more signings.

Don't get to down Dags mate i doubt very much anything has changed either way, either Arsene was never genuinely interested and it's all been a load of Benzema all along or he still is and it's a negotiating tactic.
My own personal opinion is he never really wanted him as the deal has been doable for a long time but we haven't pushed it through.
I think Arsene is happy and has been since Lacasette arrived, the Mbappe thing was always a publicity stunt.

As you say Dags mate it's just the way of things at Arsenal, nobody can be really surprised things are exactly as they have been for so long now, I can understand people are disappointed Arsene hasn't changed but I find it difficult to see how anyone can be totally shocked by Arsene simply being Arsene, what did people really expect? :-)

You might be right das mate, but for me to ease on the early disappointment I would think of it just some paper rubbish to get us all worked up. We still have like two weeks to be a little optimistic about the transfer market. I think the Lemar rumour is connected with Sanchez to be honest, and I feel like wenger is waiting to see what will happen by the end of this window whether Sanchez stays or goes.
And all this he "doesn't have time" to sign him sound a little none sense mate.
