What happened to Krystian Bielik?
He was very highly rated and very hyped when we signed him. Now, there is no news of his progress.

If memory serves me right he spent last season on loan at Birmingham. Couple of blues fans know said he did really well.

Ah I remember him :-) a lot of people got very excited by him joining us and wanted him to go straight into the first team despite knowing knowing nothing of him or ever seeing him play, it was exactly the same with Elney and Perez when we signed them too :-)
Hopefully all 3 will one day be a part of a title winning Arsenal squad but at the moment they should be a good reminder to all fans who get over excited about new players they have never seen or heard of before joining Arsenal and start predicting there's and Arsenals fantastic future together based on nothing more than wearing those special Arsenal glasses.
We should be open minded about players joining us we don't know about because who had heard of Kante pre Leicester but we shouldn't be predicting greatness for them based on the fact Arsene and Arsenal hace signed them.

I think Elneny and Perez both got chucked in straight away.
Although not spectacular, I don't think they have let themselves down.

But neither has had a significant effect on Arsenals fortunes either Dags mate, people just go over excited about what they wanted to be true based on nothing more than desperation.
Would we have fared any worse for not signing them mate? No disrespect to either player it's not thier fault as both have done thier best whenever played but they certainly haven't turned out to be the super star signing many fans predicted based on owning a pair of those special Arsenal glasses :-)

By all accounts bielik did really well and was a valued member of the team at Birmingham. Zola raved about him.

Perez did great, under utilised I am afraid. More than a poacher, good eye for the pass too. Might be a step slow but who isn't.

Dags the bloke did ok mate but he wasn't the all singing all dancing superstriker people tried to kid themselves he was based on nothing more than we had signed him.
My point is if we sign previously unheard of players we should wait and at least see them play once before declaring them a super signing and the reason why opponents should take us seriously from now on.
Let's at least see the film before we tip it for an Oscar :-)

Yeah he did deserve more of a chance Dags that's for sure, but I think that's why we bought hin rather than a big money proven player, so as not to get in Theos way or limit Girouds apprences even more.
Just think we sound like a load of Ravers when we talk up a player as a brilliant signing we know absolutely nothing about, no disrespect Raver mate if your reading but you are renowned for predicting unlikely outcomes based no sound reseasoning :-)
