Really surprised we haven't been linked with a midfield destroyer, I mean a proper one. The central players we have at the moment are not good enough to win the league with. Coq and xhaka are good standbys but that is it. We need matuidi, he wouldrbe fantastic for us and give us the boss in the engine room all great teams have.

Personally I think Le Coq was brilliant until we tried to accommodate Xhaka within the team, he went about he job quite simply but brilliantly especially next to Carzola, if anything we need another Caz to play he next to Le Coq and have Xhaka as back up to Le Coq but not along side.

I agree and disagree with you in this one he would be an awsome siging for us but I think xhaka will have a great season I like him those two in the middle would be nice.

I like coq but he isn't going to take us to the next level.

In our new formation we need a balance in centre mid. at the end of the season we found it. Xhaka as the deep lying playmaker, Ramsey as a box to box midfielder who makes late runs into the box. We won 9 out of 10 games with them in there. So i'm happy to go with them next season. I reckon ramsey will start to score regularly again in this formation. If anything we need better replacements as elneny and coquelin while decent players don't have as much balance. With the europa league our replacements will be playing a lot so the squad needs to be complete.

Admittedly Steve Le Coq is no Kante but who is? Kante is the best of the best but Le Coq is very very good at breaking up play and makes fantastic interceptions which turn defence into attack quickly, he's happy to be part of the supporting cast and let others take star billing, all top teams need a few Clarke Kents as to many supermen spoil the broth.

Yes that's what I am saying gunner coq and xhaka are no better than supporting cast we need that lead actor to win the oscar. Matuidi, grab him, he only has a year on his psg contract.

Why do you want Matuidi when you're talking about getting a proper midfield destroyer? He's not a DM. He's a Ramsey-type player that cover's a lot of ground and get's into the oppositions box. He even plays as LM sometimes, albeit not very often.

Sg he is an holding midfielder that has been played all over, he is that good.
