Ed 02 is there a reason why we have let 8 players run down there contract to one year? Is it because we don't want them? cheers.

I belive it is down to poor negotiations by the club. They have given extended deals to the likes of Mertesacker and Cazorla, who are ageing and have been injured. Yet, they have allowed Ozil and Sanchez's deal to run down. Wenger should have been forced to make a decision earlier and although he has been loyal to Arsenal, it would not have been unfair of the cub t demand a decision. My gut feeling is that Wenger is off to PSG and we will be left in the difficult position of hastily bringing in a new manager and backroom staff, as well as signing new players in a relatively short period.

Gross negligence that's the only reason they let 8 contracts get down to final year. We have injured and geriatrics signing new contracts and star players running their contracts down and their value. Its a rediculous situation for a so called top club to be in.

Psg want him they play monaco later lose it the manager looks gone. Three year deal from psg they say all comes to a head tomorrow I believe at latest after the midweek game.

I am sure we don't purposely let contracts run till the last year to renew
Pretty sure we are smarter than that plus lots of uncertainty around club which will create delays in contract renewals.
