There are a number of possible Arsene Wenger replacements - all are debatable, none are guaranteed, but none ever are.
There won't be long lasting managers like Arsene and Sir Alex ever again, so let's not pretend we have to find one:

Jardim
Thomas Tuchel
David Wagner
Marco Silva - why not?
Sean Dyche
Eddie Howe
Denis Bergkamp
Patrick Vieira
Mark Warburton

As I say, all debatable, some no doubt will find some or all laughable, but who amongst us knew that for 10 years we had a gem in Arsene 20 years ago?

These last ten years have been stagnant and wasted. He has to go Dear Arsene with all our thanks. A statue, by all means but make it one of him 10 years ago, not now when he cuts a sad forlorn figure, stuck in stands watching his team fail. this time out thought, out played and lacking the mental strength he has always relied on his teams (allegedly) having.

None of the managers above has one anything significant or managed at a high level. None of the managers above are better than Wenger. The way football is now, you are either brilliant or your pants.

Wenger is a good manager and only should be replaced by someone better. There is no point of replacing Wenger for the sake of change. Change doesn't always work.

My ideal candidate will be Carlo anchelotti. Highly unlikely that we will get him, but proven premier league record, unbelievable champions league record. These are the managers we should be targeting.

If not I think alegri or blanc will be worth a punt.

Should have had Anchelotti 5 yrs ago when Chelsea got rid of him. I think Anchelotti said at the time i would like to stay in London.

Tuchel for me. I think he is thought of as a maverick with his training techniques and I like how he has continued and even added to the attacking philosophy of Klopp without really breaking the bank .

One name on there who is going places, sean dyche, don't know if its with us but anyone who doesn't know him, he has turned clubs around from top to bottom, talks sense, builds teams from nothing and gets results. The guy is a proper manager and you don't argue with him. Lol.

{Ed025's Note - hes good steve but he has to stop with that put on voice.. :)

Jardim or Tuchel would be good bets, both of their brands of football would work in the Prem and would appease us Arsenal fans.

Ha ha ed I think he eats gravel for dinner.

{Ed025's Note - its a cartoon voice steve but besides that i do like the guy..
