If wenger is bidding 50mil for This chap that means he's staying unfortunately also indicates Sanchez could b gone if he's going to leave I'd rather he runs down his contract and goes for nothing because without him we're not a top 4 team in my opinion I'd rather we sell ozil to keep Sanchez and bring in a left back

Why are we bidding €65 mil when I believe his buyout clause is €100 mil. Seems like another striker we are after and are miles from the valuation.

Thanks ed I had read he had a buy out clause, it looks like we did bid though.

We can read lots of things into every bid or none bid we are linked with.
If this bid is made it could be taken as a sign Arssne is staying
While on the other hand not bidding for Draxler a player he has long admired allowing PSG a free run on hi couul equally suggest Arsene is PSG bound himself.
Let's wait and see because if we carry on as we are it's unlikely the Emerirates atmosphere will be a happy one for the remaining of the season and I'm sure that will have an influence on what Arsene and or the board decide to do.

Gunner my take on it is, if this is the target for whatever reason are we going to get him or walk away for someone else to come in and pay the fee to buy him. If we aren't going to pay what he is valued at, why are we bidding.

I find it difficult to think no matter how this season goes the Club and Arsene are just going to carry as always by them giving and Arssne accepting a new contract regardless of how we do.

Gunner I agree, I think the club regardless of what goes on would give him the contract, I do think wenger is still in a sane state of mind and knows from previous reactions of the fans, if he can't deliver, he will go and give someone else the chance.
