Ooops Raver, the stalker, so the Toot went out of the CL. So far the Toot are out of 2 competitions, which Arsenal have gone further in. I was amused by Pochettino moaning that the squad wasn't strong enough to compete in the CL. Interesting as the Toot have very few injuries at present and two of the signings made by him in the summer are absolutely dire, Janssen and Sissoko. The Toot's high energy pressing tactics are to blame, it simply isn't possible to do this throughout a season when playing in the CL. You would have thought he would have learnt this from last season's end of season collapse when fatigue kicked in. This season the Toot look worse than last season and a shadow of the CL team Redknapp put together. Yes, I know you haven't been beaten in the PL, but you have drawn half the matches and it will be interesting to see if the Toot can remain unbeaten after they have played their next 2 away matches at Chelsea and Man U. To think you could make history by becoming the first team to go the season unbeaten and finish 5th! As you well know Raver, the pain at the lane just goes on. 1961 and waiting.

R. G. for once I agree with you, the new arrivals are shocking and I think teams have worked out to play spurs high pressing game. I also agree about redknapp as his teams were a lot better to watch than poch. I admit I can't believe we are unbeaten as we've been poor all season apart from the city and Arsenal games. I think Chelsea will run riot on Saturday and end this unbeaten tag.

Raver. - It's good that we finally agree. I think Tottenham have done well with resources. Your chairman deserves a pat on the back, he employed Pochettino who has kept you competitve and made you, in the PL, very hard to beat. He also manages to get your top players to sign long contracts at lower wages than they could expect to received elesewhere, until like Modric, Bale, etc they are finally sold for large transfer fees, which he allows the manager to use to sign players. How on earth you will keep Lloris and Kane when they can obtain double their current wages elsewhere is beyond me. It will be interesting to see what happens if you finish outside the top four and fail to win a trophy. Will Lloris and Kane want to move on? Hopefully now we can continue making sensible and constructive comments.

Raver, fair play to you for the honest reply. All the teams in the CL are there on merit and all games are tough.
