Hi gents. Who would you say is our MVP at present? I know quite a few players have upped their game, but who is currently our best player so far this season?

A number have had a big impact due to holes in prior season holes eg Theo, Sanchez, Mustafi.
My two top players are probably Kos and Cech with Cech being our best player but not necessarily the biggest impact from last year as that would be Mustafi and Sanchez.

Rue i think the one player this team would miss is coq. Vastly underated and is 8 out of 10 every game.

G62 most valuable player. I'd say kos read a statement the other day, he's only given away two fouls this season, both against costa.

Its a tough choice for me between Kos and Sanchez simply because there is no one within the squad who get close to replacing them at thier level.
Cech Belerin Mustafi Le Coq Ozil would and have been missed when not available but we have cover of sorts but when either Kos or Sanchez are not available we don't look even close to our best without them.
Ramsey is not as good as Ozil obviously but he's as good as understudy as you could hope to have in any premier league squad same goes for Ospina and Cech.

Financially the most valuable player has to be Ozil or Sanchez.
From a team perspective, proabably Mustafi oddly enough. He has made an enormous difference since signing and we haven't lost a single match since he arrived.

Cech because he's the top class keeper we have needed for years
Belerin because there is no better RB in the premier league and replacing him would be virtually impossible
Kos because without him nothing works well, Mustafi and Gabriel, Holding, Mertesacker is yet to be tested but Kos has carried various partners for years, Mustafi is a fantastic partner for Kos but has a lot to do yet to prove he's as big an asset imo
Le Coq because he is 100% the DM we have needed for so long and imo nobody can match his interceptions and break up play
Ozil? The best in the business at what he does
Sanchez where would you even begin to look for a replacement Arsenal could afford to buy? We would need to buy two players and get special permission from the FA to filed 12 players to replace him at an affordable price.
For me it's definitely take your pick between Kos and Sanchez to who we would miss most if injured long term.

62 - funny turn around because last season if one of Ozil or Sanchez were to get injured. I would have let Sanchez as I think we would miss Ozil far far more. This season, Sanchez is playing a different role but for me we must have - Cech, Kos, Coq and Ozil fit for every game. Then it's Bellerin, Mustafi, Sanchez in the next tier. For me.

Hi SY mate, Ozil and Le Coq are my favourite players for me Mesut is class above on the ball while also working so hard off it for the team and Le Coq is everything thing you want in a DM uncomplicated happy to be the unsung hero who protects the defence superbly and his interceptions change defence into attack consistently and effectively.
But Ramsey could do a job in Mesuts role as he showed for Wales in the Euros while Xhaka and Elneny could do a job in place of Le Coq, while niether would be like for like replacements in terms of role or ability they are still decent alternatives.
Sanchez I wouldn't know how to go about covering his role either down the middle or on the left as Iwobi Theo Olly and Danny just can't get close to his standard.
Kos is even better than ever in partnership with Mustafi but I would worry if Mustafi could carry our CBs as Kos has done so often in the past.

I think cazorla has been sorely missed when he's been out, hopefully with Ramsey back, he can share that role, but we miss the creativity next to the defensive midfielder when he's out.

62 - good point and I understand the Sanchez opinion and I think that's down to his further development as a striker this year. I really like Iwobi on the wing and see him as Ozil's long term replacement. Not sure he tracks. Ack enough to be on wing but I prefer him there than Sanchez to be honest. replacing Sanchez up front would be difficult.
I like Rambo but he cannot replace Ozil. I think he could replace Santi but he does give the ball away too much and more of a runner than an Ozil. Ozil pulls out wide, gives options? Runs from deep and very creative. Rambo comes up a little short there.
