{Ed001's Note - not at all, look at the mess Bolton are in due to money, and then consider that he defrauded the game out of more than enough money to have ensured they never got into that position. The man is greedy, he doesn't need the money, but he ensures the fans have to pay through the nose to keep him in boozy trips to Dubai each summer, where he spends more in one week than most of us have to live on in a year. Yet he still wants more by illegal means! I would be happy if he earnt his money through hard work, but instead he is taking it on the sly. Vile man.}

Ed, I have the same resentment for meddling agents and the whole football industry when it comes to finances. Let's face it, as much as it isn't footballers faults and what not, they hardly earn their 'money through hard work' as you put it - not enough to justify the fact that they literally make most of us on heres' (I would think) years salaries multiplied, in a week.
So yeah, it is ridiculous. If i had the wages big Sam does, I would be grateful and wouldn't try and bend the rules as many times as he has - this is far from his first controversy. I remember there being a bbc watchdog into something him and his son were up to.
But as a manager, i think he may have the 'down to earthness' to manage many of the prima donnas and big egos in the team and hopefully get some results.
