So if we don't sign another player and loose to 'Pool on the first day does Arsene loose the support of us all?

Agree0 Disagree1

For me no. He has my full support and backing for this season. He won't be going anywhere this season so I'd like to get behind him. That being said I can see and understand more everyone's lack of support by the day.

Me too it's the only sensible approach D16.

28 Jul 2016 18:54:26
Nope. For all he's done, (Invincibles, top 4 finishes for the last 20 years, kept us richer and more consistent than most would be after such a stadium migration) even if he had a terrible last season, he atleast deserves to not get an angry 'good riddance' type send off.

Thing with Arsene. And I'm saying this as how I think it is seeing as I'm not one who wants him gone. But the ones that do still respect what he has done but have gotten fed up of the constant letting us down and not moving with the times. I still believe and think he can do it, but I see why others done. Anyway come the day he does say I'm off. I really hope all those people that have lost faith and want him gone will push all that aside and stand up and applaud that man for what he has done. Regardless of the last 10 years he really has changed our club and to be fair our league for the better.

ThePerfectGoal, why do you mention the fact he's kept us richer?
Does it bother you or affect you in any way?
I only ask as for all intents and purposes it really doesn't matter how rich he made the club, you and I haven't benefited from it in any shape or form.

28 Jul 2016 23:47:01
JPSSGooner, try being a Portsmouth/ Blackpool/ Leeds fan and see if you're not bothered then.

28 Jul 2016 23:48:19
Of course it affects us fans if we want to be able to buy big names etc. The problem now isn't that we haven't got the money, we have plenty of money for which i am grateful for - the frustration is we don't seem to want to spend it!

28 Jul 2016 23:47:49
I want Wenger to sign a new deal what he's done for this club no other manger could have done.

29 Jul 2016 00:18:20
Pfg and crybaby, you are plants aren't you. i'm sure you are not real. Lol.

29 Jul 2016 00:24:48
That's my point though tpg, it doesn't matter how rich we are, we were made promises about how strong we would be financially, yet we act like paupers.
The finances in the background make no difference to the fans if Wenger is to stubborn to spend the money we have.

29 Jul 2016 13:28:33
Yeah I can agree with you there it doesn't seem to affect us if wenger is being so stubborn but generally speaking, of course finances affect us fans.
