The way I see is mate the champions league is obviously the most prestigious and financially beneficial competition to be in but we've desperately struggled to make any sort of impact once past the group stages and while the Europa league is far from easy to win its deffinately one we might do better in if it comes to that.
{Ed025's Note - but spursday night football comes with its own problems mate..like lots of sunday and monday matches..

If arsenal end up on a Thursday night I will bring London to a standstill every Thursday night. I will also have the Arsenal logo switched on every Thursday night on Piccadilly circus . Also the eds live to honk the ravers horn.

Good point Dags bit I'm not sure a handful of CL games will be enough to make up their minds either way, I will be extremely delighted if both stay but I think come August we might well be short of one or both of them regardless of CL or EL.
They are both top players and at 27 at their peak and I'm not sure 4th or even 3rd place and CL last 16 is where they think their level is, time will tell I guess but they will both have some very good offers this summer that's for sure.
